Volunteers Needed
We are in need of volunteers for all aspects of the festival - wanna volunteer at a fun music festival in Worcester? If so then please contact Paulie @ BAEvents@aol.com

Below are the duties we need covered - please when emailing tell me what you would like to do and the hours you can cover:>)
  • Pre-Festival set up on Thursday & Friday
     
  • Pick-Up & Drop-OffBands on Friday, Saturday & Sunday @ Logan Airport, Providence and bring back
     
  • Pick-Up Bands at area hotels (Worcester, Auburn & Boston)

     
  • Friday 7:00AM-12:00AM or parts of involved with the following:
    set-up
    festival greeters
    food serving/assisting in food area
    bar serving/assisting in bar area
    selling festival tickets/processing pre-sold festival tickets
    assist bands entering/leaving festival grounds
    assist bands in dressing rooms before going on stage
    parking clerk
    selling festival merchandise
    security
     

 

  • Saturday 10:00PM-12:00AM or parts of involved with the following:
    festival greeters
    food serving/assisting in food area
    bar serving/assisting in bar area
    selling festival tickets/processing pre-sold festival tickets
    assist bands entering/leaving festival grounds
    assist bands in dressing rooms before going on stage
    parking clerk
    selling festival merchandise
    security

     
  • Sunday 10:00PM-8:00PM or parts of involved with the following:
    festival greeters
    food serving/assisting in food area
    bar serving/assisting in bar area
    selling festival tickets/processing pre-sold festival tickets
    assist bands entering/leaving festival grounds
    assist bands in dressing rooms before going on stage
    parking clerk
    selling festival merchandise
    security

     




     

    All volunteers get free admission into the Festival on the day they work. Volunteers also receive a Volunteer T-shirt and complimentary sodas and snacks.
