There will be day of race registration at Khoury's State Spa
from 2:00 P.M. till 4:15 P.M. if not closed out prior and it will
be done by a bevy of beautiful women
who make up the   Somerville Striders Athletic Club & those from around the World
 

• The weigh-in will also begin at 2:00 P.M. and it is mandatory!!
  
  
  
  A Man Aint Really Big Till He Cracks 200+
   

WHAT

• The Historic 4.8 mile course or about that travel's through every ward
  in the City of Somerville and sometimes Medford:>)
  This race is not for the meek!! NO WIMPS!!
   

• You will have to also stop by (3) three aid stations whereby you
  will have to stop and consume (1) one 8-ounce beer and (1) one
  hotdog/roll included--condiments optional

• You will also have to bring three single American Dollar Bills ($3.00) with
  you so that at each aid station you will be able to properly tip the waitress..
  Big Men always tip!! This Isn't cheap, this is BIG MAN!!
  
  -you will be disqualified in 2008 if you do not tip the saloon
  (9 cheapskates got kicked out & thoroughly embarrassed in 2007)

  -There will be no veggie dogs, boca burgers, tofu sticks, pepsi or yoga stretching-

• Vomiting, Puking, Letting It Loose, Tossing Your Cookies or going to Framingham,
  call it whatever you want depending on what part of the World you will be traveling from
  -YOU ARE DISQUALIFIED AND WE DISQUALIFIED 6 in 2007-
  
  -And we will have qualified experts watching at various checkpoints on the course-
  
  You must agree to the BMR Runners Creed
  
  

WHO

• Clydesdales 190-210lbs.

• Clydesdales 211-225lbs.

• Clydesdales 226-249lbs.

• Clydesdales 250-299lbs.

• Clydesdale 300lbs.+
   

• Clydesdale Senior Masters 190lbs.+ (50 years old +)
  
  -A Senior Masters Runner can elect to run in one of the heavier divisions if he chooses-
   

• Skinnies (under 190lbs.)..But Only A Few Of Ya and you can't win anything!!

  There will ONLY be one Big Man Run XIII Champion in 2008- the way the following would want it!!
